10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Many web browsers, along with certain mobile operating systems and mobile applications, offer a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) option that you can enable to express your preference against having your online browsing activities monitored and recorded. Currently, there is no consistent technological standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals. Consequently, we do not presently acknowledge or act on DNT browser signals or any similar mechanism that conveys your decision against online tracking. Should a standard for online tracking emerge that necessitates our compliance, we will update you about this practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, California residents can annually request and obtain information free of charge about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Personal information provided in your request will be used solely for verification purposes. If necessary, we may request additional information for identity verification and security purposes, which will be deleted after verification.

- You may request correction of your personal data or ask to restrict its processing.
- You can appoint an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf, provided they have valid authorization under the CCPA.

Exercising Your Rights Under the Virginia VCDPA

Verification Process
We may need you to supply additional information, which is reasonably necessary, to confirm your identity and the authenticity of your request. If the request is made through an authorized agent, we might require further details to verify your identity before proceeding with the request.
Upon receipt of your request, we will respond promptly, but no later than forty-five (45) days from receipt. There may be an extension of an additional forty-five (45) days when necessary, in which case we will inform you of this extension and the reasons for it within the first 45-day period.
Right to Appeal
